Nine 2-hour sessions designed to provide a framework for handling sexual relationships -
for young people and their parents, and other singles
"Search for Life"
People frequently have feelings of anxiety, inadequacy and low
self esteem. These destructive emotions affect relationships at work,
home and socially. This program identifies the source of so many human
tensions and introduces the participants to the healing power of
acceptance, value and belonging. Issues covered include the performance
trap, peer group pressure, people pleasing, and commonly held
misbeliefs. |

10 week course for men and women
This course offers you the chance to build
a better self esteem, find hope in your life and explore spirituality.
There is insightful teaching relevant to today's experiences, while
small groups are run by trained facilitators in a supportive atmosphere
with confidentiality assured. |
